All sales are final. Tip Top Brushes products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once they have been downloaded. As soon as a product is downloaded, it is considered successfully delivered. We offer 10 downloads of every item as a courtesy, subject to change at our discretion. Any returns, exchanges, refunds or store credit may be provided only at the sole discretion of Tip Top Brushes.
