Refund Policy

All sales are final. Tip Top Brushes products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once they have been downloaded. As soon as a product is downloaded, it is considered successfully delivered.

We offer up to 10 downloads of each item for personal use as a courtesy, subject to change at our discretion. Any refunds, exchanges, or store credits may be provided only at the sole discretion of Tip Top Brushes.
